Taylor Swift has announced a new single out September 25th entitled “Patient Zero”. "Acoustic” and “piano” versions can be purchased on Swift’s webstore.

Swift released The Life of a Showgirl, her record-breaking 15th No. 1 album, last October. This year, Swift has been inducted into both the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the National Recording Registry, dropped music videos for the Showgirl tracks “Opalite” and “Elizabeth Taylor,” and lent the original song “I Knew It, I Knew You” to Toy Story 5.

Swift will be honored with the inaugural “Artist Director Honors" Sunday September 27th at the MTV VMAs, where her nine nods leave her behind only Madonna.
